This beautiful doll has all her clothes! Pantaloons, crinoline under garment, socks, shoes and satin dress.
This doll is marked on the back bottom. PAM. I believe this mark was only used between 1918-1930.(see photos). The wig appears to be mohair. I did the burn test on a few strands.
The company was based in NY City and DID operate past 1930 but this doll was made 1930 or before. As to the two necklaces, I am not sure if they are original to the doll.
Her clothes have some staining and age discoloration but are in my estimation, in excellent condition for their age. The closure hooks could use restitching.
I did not launder or repair the clothes. Buyer can do that if desired.
I only took off one shoe and sock for photographs because it was partially off already on the toe and had to be removed to put it back on without damaging it. The right shoe and sock I left untouched on the doll.
This is a special old doll for a collector!
