11" Bleuette "Blue Rose" Hand Smocked Dress and Hat

Pretty dress   to fit 11" Bleuette,  or 12" Siblie or similar size doll. Made of an  all cotton blue flower print, hand smocked in a heart pattern.  Lace at the neckline, elastic at the sleeves, Velcro closure and satin ribbon ties in back.  A white felt Beret with a blue bow is included.
