Large ready made front door. Dormer windows in attic roof panel. Hinged fronts and roof.
Ready made front door is pre-hinged in frame.
Room sizes 12" (300mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep x 83/4" (220mm) high
Hallway 6" wide x 15"deep
Attic rooms 18" (450mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep 9" (225mm) wide x 15" (380mm) deep
Stair treads/staircase leading to all floors (handrails and spindles sold separately - see
). Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard

Readymade available, ask for a quote This is a solid house 9mm thick board easy to put together
stands at 720mm (29") high x 750mm (30") wide x 440mm (17") deep. Additional items, such as a basement, can be purchased

Windows are laser cut, the laser seals the mdf edge, No sanding required
