Pretty sure this girl is 1949, 1st year. Marking on neck shows same as others I have found that are from 1949. Different from 1950 forward. She needs some cleaning, has a tiny chip on her nose, a hair styling & eyes repaired, they will not open & close. I think she can be brought back to her glory by the right person.
