18” Vintage Effanbee Sweetie Pie Doll Caracul Wig Compo & Cloth Baby

Composition head arms and legs. Has some crazing on face legs and arms paint chipping and flaking on hands has some lines crack marks on ankles. Some cracks by eyes brown sleep eyes. Crazing on face. Vintage outfit has some minor holes and a few spots. And Caracul wig looks brushed out.
