Cute cotton 1950s Majorette dress for 14-15 inch dolls like Sweet Sue, Toni, etc. Cute pleats! Machine sewn. 3 back snaps.
Dress measures: 5 1/2 inches long
3 3/4 inches FLAT measured waist
4 inches FLAT measured underarm to underarm
1930s-1950s oilcloth Majorette boots. Stitching is less than perfect but as made in factory. Metallic trim. No brand or marks or tags inside or out. Ivory with red stitching/thread. Still rather pliable -- typically these older oilcloth shoes/boots get very stiff and crunchy, but these are still gently wearable.
Boots measure: 2 1/4 inches high
just shy of 2 inches long sole
apprx 1 1/4 inches wide across center of sole
apprx 1 1/2 inches from front boot seam to back of boot (as if looking at side of ankle/calf/foot)
What does FLAT MEASURED mean? We measure the garment laying flat so we are only measuring the front width. For the entire measurement of the garment around the waist, around the bodice, etc, double the measurement listed. Measure around your doll with a flexible tape measure for the best results. For example, a 4 inch flat measured waist is approximately 8 inches around the entire garment, so a doll of no bigger than an 8 inch waist could wear that item.
