Original 1960s Working Mattel Charmin' Charming CHATTY CATHY 25" & 5 Records
She has wear, scratches and marks. The doll is not working. When you pull the string it goes in very slowly and you have to tap the doll to make it go back in. It says some jumbled stuff but it needs to be repaired. The dress is old and has wear and tears but I don't think it's original to the doll, not sure. The glasses are broken on one side. The hair looks to be trimmed. I'm not sure the condition of the records. Sold as shown. There is writing on the bottom of her foot. Her arms are slightly lighter than her body. The one arm is just slightly loose sometimes. The eyes open and close but sometimes the right one does not close every time without helping it. See photos.
