This is a 1970-1971 Vintage Francie Grow Pretty Hair doll …The doll is made of vinyl, has bendable legs
She stands 12 inches tall. This doll is missing the hair pieces, but you can see the hole where the ponytail would have been. Her face paint is excellent, with all her eyelashes. There is no evidence of green ear.
