Pre Owned. This doll is in original, opened box. I do not think this doll was played with, I think the condition issues are due to long term storage. There is staining on white petticoat. The glue ring around neck is apparent if neck of dress is pulled down. I put a battery in the voice box and it plays one song, "Jesus takes a frown and turns it upside down". The song is very garbled and hard to understand. You can hear the song on the VIDEO. I pulled the battery out and it will not be included for shipping purposes.
