Julie is pre-owned condition.  Her mouth moves, and she talks. Includes her book. Puffer Stickers are in the book. The other stickers have been used in the book. She comes with her original paperwork. There is a video of her working, and it will include the YouTube link down below. The book has little black areas where she reads from.
