1994 Effanbee Black PATSY JOAN #V522, CLASSIC 1949 replica doll

Up for your consideration: 14” tall, hard vinyl, limited edition replica, by Effanbee of their originally made, “Patsy” family doll, Patsy Joan, of 1949.  Cast from molds taken from the original doll, made in the USA and dressed in a darling red and white polka dot print, pinafore style cotton dress with matching red and white bonnet with large brim and ribbon ties.  She is wearing white cotton ankle socks, white cotton pantaloons (elastic is stretched) and black patent leather shoes. She is a wonderful recreation of their very popular composition doll and make a terrific addition to any doll collection.  She has beautiful brown sleep eyes, with inset eyelashes and painted brows, closed mouth and wonderfully molded and painted hair.  She has a swivel head and joints at her shoulders and hips.  (Exactly as the original c 1949 doll).  She will need to be restrung eventually she is a little loose but for now she will display well.  This doll is model #V522 and she will come to you with her original certificate of Authenticity and Effanbee wrist tag.  Sorry no original box. She is in excellent used condition.
