This is 2 vintage porcelain Kewpie Dolls. Not exactly sure of the age but our parents had them when their children were very young (maybe 1950's or early 1960's). Both dolls have 228 printed on the bottom.
The kneeling Kewpie is approximately 4.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide. It is in good condition but a bit dusty from storage.
The pouting Kewpie is approximately 4.5 inches long and 3 inches tall. It has an arm that has been glued and 2 chips (one on an arm and one on a finger - see pictures). It is also a bit dusty.
