2003 CASSANDRA TASSEL ‘Lady In Red Hat’ DOLL 12”, Popular

RARE, 2003 "Cassandra" Victorian Porcelain Tassel Doll, measuring 12" in height, with original box, MINT condition!  This "Lady in Red Hat" doll by Popular Creations is hard to find, and quite collectible.  Cassandra is wearing a luscious purple velvet gown, very full, measuring about 8" around her, and pooling over the 3" diameter base. It has a pleated red silk inset in the front of the gown, with a red jewel at the top of the inset.  The tight fitting bodice is topped by a pleated, red silk "off the shoulder" collar embellished with diamond like sequins.  She looks absolutely lovely in her elbow length black lace gloves and sparkling red clutch.  The "diamond" choker around her neck draws your eyes upwards to her gorgeous red satin hat topped with red silk rosettes and black dotted lace, with black lace bow in the back.  She has a blonde upswept hairdo and serene blue eyes.  There is a loop for hanging her, if you decide not to use her display stand (included).
Cassandra would make a lovely gift for that special doll collector!
