  Description * This is THE Exclusive Gumby 50th Anniversary 6" Bendable to celebrate Gumby's 50th Anniversary of his 1st TV appearance.  Gumby appeared on the Howdy Doody Show in 1956, with The Gumby Show debuting in 1957. * Made as a limited edition of 5000 worldwide. * First ever Gumby made as a limited edition numbered collectible bendable toy. * Not to be confused with the 3" Gumby 50th bendable available at the 2006 Toy Fair in New York City. * Gumby is wearing a shirt that says `Gumby 50 Great Years 1956-2006'. * The shirt and text is painted on the Gumby and done at the factory. * Great to collect as a Gumby fan and also as a present for anyone turning 50 who might enjoy the symbolism. * This was not ever available in stores. * Gumby is packaged on a blister card. * Each Gumby is numbered twice. Once in a special green 50th anniversary hologram on the top right of the packaging. As the number is extremely hard to read, a 2nd hologram is affixed where it's easier to read the number in the edition. * The back of the card has interesting facts about Gumby along with the Gumby Theme Song. * Sorry, but we cannot guarantee any particular number.
