35" Playpal size Companion Doll marked S9 Vintage

This doll is for parts/repair. She measures about 35". The back of her head is marked S 9. Biggest flaw is she is missing the tip of a finger!!!! On one of her arms there is a small crack by the shoulder. Also one of her arms seems to have a crack along part of the seam, like the seam is just coming unsealed a bit. She has a darker line that goes right down her front torso and one leg, I'm not sure if this is a stain or a manufacture flaw as it seems to be straight and doesn't wipe off it's just a discolored line. I believe her shoes are original. The outfit is dirty and has holes, it was just on her when I found her so I left it on. She has open/close eyes, though one gets stuck sometimes but after I manually fix it, it starts working again. I believe she is a walker I can hear what sounds like a mechanism inside her, her arm/leg joints are all pretty tight, but I cannot get her to walk, perhaps she needs work or perhaps I just don't know what I'm doing lol. I have seen others similar to her, but none that are the same and none with the S 9 mark so I'm unsure of her manufacturer.
