8" Vogue Li'l Dear Smallest Of The Baby Dear Dolls

  Vintage  Vogue 8" Li'l Dear soft cloth body and vinyl arms and legs produced from 1963-1966. She is wearing her original lace trimmed topper and bloomers. Bloomers are stretched and pinned at the waist. A prior owner had her cleaned and restuffed as the Kapok in these dolls often settled and the doll would need to be stuffed again. The lace trimmed top has the Vogue snap but not the tag. It's shown in the Vogue encyclopedia on Li'l Dear as the 1963 doll in outfit #47541. She had six outfits that year and then more were produced in the two following years.  She also could wear all of Ginnette's outfits. She is also wearing Ginnette's pink corduroy tagged bathrobe with the white lamb applique on it as well. She carries a little toy rocking horse (modern). Li'l Dear used the 8" Ginny Baby & Ginnette face molds, legs and arms. In 1967 there was a remodeled face version of Li'l Dear the same as the 1967 Ginnette.   Thank you.
