This is a gorgeous shot of BABY DOLL.  When have you EVER seen a cel of this obscure character?  :)  This piece comes with its gold embossed WB logo and certificate of authenticity. It also comes with its official scene-matching print background provided by Clampett Studio Collections (the home of the WB Art program).
