I am top-rated eBay seller and an American Girl collector. Emily was sent to the American Girl Doll Hospital where the doll received new limbs and a Wellness cleaning, but the cloth body and Emily's head are original. The doll does have neck strings and 'Pleasant Company' is stamped on the neck. My camera is not working well so I will attempt to retake and upload photos that have better resolution. From a smoke free, pet free, climate controlled home. KNOWN FLAWS: there are a few small shines/scrapes on Emily's face and a shine under her chin. There is a sticker on the box. ***
