This listing is for American Girl/Pleasant Company Historical doll, Nellie O’ Malley. Nellie is categorized as a Best Friend doll - Best Friend to Samantha Parkington. She was released in 2004 and retired in 2009. She has “Pleasant Company” stamped on the back of her neck and a “V” opening with long white cords. Her body tag is dated 2008. She has straight medium length strawberry blond hair with slight curl at the bottom. Her hair is shiny and smooth. Her head and limbs are clean with no marks or shiny spots. Her cloth torso is clean with no odors. Her limbs are tight and she can stand alone and hold a pose. She will arrive dressed in her Meet Outfit which is complete. There a small hole in the overlay part of her dress. I have shown this in the photos. It is low on the back of the dress. Also, her tights have a small pull on the right leg in the ankle area. She has the hat and purse of her Meet Accessories. Also included are her purple satin pajamas and slippers which are in excellent condition. You will also get a hardcover book “Nellie’s Promise” which is in good condition but has some indentations on the upper outside front and back. See photos for details. You will receive everything in the photos except the American Girl doll hanger and the block that the slippers are photographed on. Please examine the photos carefully as I have tried to provide enough to show how terrific this doll and her outfits are. She is in excellent pre-owned condition from an adult collector in a smoke free home. Please ask any questions before purchasing this special listing.
