Antique Reproduction 9 inch long White Cotton & Lace French German Doll

This sweet cotton unused dress is white on the outer layer with underside a pale pink. No label.  The lace bodice at the chest is purposely offset slightly to the side.  Lace sleeve cuffs are attached, dropped waist, ribbon tie bow, machine embroidery at bottom. Attached undergarments are a light pink.  From a smoke free climate controlled storage room in the home of a private doll collector now downsizing.  The wood hanger is not included.
Measurements:  9 inches long shoulder seam to bottom hem, 3 1/2 inches shoulder seam to shoulder seam, bottom hem, flared out 11 inches.  Neck opening 2 inches in diameter and about 4 1/2 inches in circumference.  Questions welcome.
