Antique/Vintage 2 3/8” Doll House Character Doll Googly

This little guy is unique and will make an awesome addition to your doll house collection. I have not been able to ID him. His arms are crossed and he appears to have held something. Perhaps a bouquet for his girlfriend. Please view the pictures as they are part of the description. He is a frozen Charlie. Similar to the Skippy comic character . He may have been holding a dogs lease. All of these dolls are so interesting!
