Very pretty dress with a beautiful hand-smocked bodice. Dress fabric is 100% cream cotton scattered with roses in full bloom. Dress has elastic puff sleeves a very full skirt and dress back that is cinched with waist ties. Dress closes in the back with loop and button and has waist ties. This timeless dress is a size 24cm and is for Effner's Monday and Tuesday Child dolls. My doll is not included. Matching shoes are for sale in another auction.
