I have researched this Doll and I cannot find another one that includes the Suitcase!!
The mouth does not work however, the pull cord moves the mouth a little so it should an easy fix if you know what you are doing.
I do not know the age however, it appears to be very old. There is wear and tear on the suitcase and some pieces of clothing is unstitched. Please review pictures!!
