This Chatty Patty doll from Mattel is a 17" vintage girl doll with blonde hair and blue eyes. She comes with one outfit and has a talking feature. The doll is made of plastic and was manufactured in 1983. This original piece is perfect for antique doll collectors and fans of the Chatty Patty character. The outfit has no hole or rips, she talks in that creepy doll voice. Not sure if the blue headband is original but adds to her over all look.
