Cititoy 1989 Doll 18" Blond Hair Sleepy Blue Eyes

Here is a 1989 Cititoy doll.  She is 18 inches high.  She has blond hair, which is very frizzy, and sleepy blue eyes.  Her body is cloth, but her limbs are plastic/rubber.  One part of her leg, the cloth body part is coming undone.  The photo shows this.
She is wearing a cute dress.
