1. Faceplate is cast on order because it’s not factory made. It takes a few weeks to receive.
2. Body is then ordered to match complexion. Suppliers are in China. We can change the skin color upon request.
3. Makeup applied takes up to a week.
4. Seamstress is in Asia- doll is sent to her so that she can make the outfit.
