In used condition with a few missing and or damaged pieces.
Includes all structural pieces and most accessories.
Includes cardboard “Floor” in very good condition.
Red brick wall with sofa and lamp has a broken doorbell and the wiring is not working with a D battery, and one tab is broken.
Red brick wall that contains fire place also has wiring which I could not test because I could not get the little screw that holds the cover on loose. I would assume the light does not work. No other damage to this piece.
Kitchen wall has one broken tab.
The wall with the front door has two broken tabs and some glue residue.
Green bedroom wall has cups on the edge but I do not think there were tabs there, not 100% certain though.
Yellow bathroom wall has a broken and missing shower head.
Blue back bedroom wall with closet doors has a broken tab.
All other structural pieces are undamaged.
Almost all furniture and accessories are accounted for, the only missing piece I’m aware of is a Blue Cup
The gold andirons for the fireplace are broken into 3 pieces.
The foil piece for the fireplace is wrinkled.
The paper umbrella does no fit on the pole for the patio table.
The yellow lounge chair seems to missing the back, there is no support for paper piece.
All other furniture and accessories shown are included and in good condition.
