This Belle designer doll is brand new. She has never been removed, and she is still tacked down inside the clear case. However, please note that I found one defect on the doll: Her right eye looks like the paint either smudged or was somehow scraped during manufacturing. She arrived this way when I originally purchased her. [Look at the third to last photo. I marked the image with a red arrow, and you can see this smudged line that runs from the pupil to the edge/white part of her eye.] Also note that the cardboard slipcover is also dented/creased from storage.
