EFFANBEE, VINTAGE DOLL, PATSY, 12" TALL with Tag. 90s Reproduction

A cute little Vintage Effanbee Patsy doll wearing a bright yellow dress with flowers and an apron.  She has a little chain around her neck with a heart charm with "Effanbee Durable Dolls" stamped on it. She also still has her paper tag around her wrist. There is no indication of what year this doll was made, but given her condition, I would guess she was made in the 1990s when Effanbee was selling reproductions of the Patsy Dolls of the 1930's and 1940s.
