Four Vintage Japanese Dolls

This is a set of four vintage Japanese dolls. Each doll is handmade and represents different aspects of Japanese culture. These dolls were made in Japan and come with an ownership history available. They are perfect for collectors of Japanese culture and history, or for those looking to add unique decor to their home.
These were my dolls from the late 1950s to early 1960s. I have wrapped them individually. The package weighs 10.5 ounces and measures 9” x 6.25” x 4.75”.
Details of the dolls:
— Two bobble-head small Japanese painted wooden dolls (Kokeshi dolls). Each measures 2-5/8” high and 1-3/16” wide.
One of the Kokeshi dolls is dressed in a traditional Japanese kimono, showcasing the beauty of this cultural garment. The other Kokeshi doll is a samurai, representing the warriors of feudal Japan.
— Plastic Japanese Ichimatsu female doll on a 1/4” high black-painted wooden stand, in a long red printed kimono and holding a red and gold cap with long white hair. Her hair is neck length, but she has a bun on top of her head with two red ribbon sections. “Made in Japan” sticker on underside of stand. Measures six inches (6”) high without stand. or 6-1/4” high with the stand.
The Ichimatsu doll is known for its realistic appearance and traditional attire.
— Japanese Geisha doll in a red printed kimono with a blue fabric sash. She is stuffed with soft material and her skin is of nylon fabric. Her hair is made of fine black yarn. Measures 6-1/8” high.
The Geisha doll represents the elegant and refined entertainers of Japan.
