Unless indicated in the description, they have never been removed from their packaging. I do not accept returns, so ask all of your questions before purchasing. (Weekend & Holidays Excluded) Domestic Shipping: First Class Mail: 1-5 business days, Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.  I only use USPS.  Plan for extra shipping time around holidays and especially Christmas. International Shipping: Your package will take 1-5 business days to reach Pricetronic’s Global Shipping Center. From that point on, I have no control over how long it takes to process through the Center or clear your country’s customs. Tracking : You will receive a tracking number upon shipping, this number is proof that the item has been sent. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days after carrier pickup for tracking information to be updated. Shipping: I ship Monday through Friday, I cannot ship on national holidays since the post office is not open. Expensive items should be purchased with Priority shipping and insured. First Class and Media Mail are more abusive on packages and takes longer. Damaged packages: If the item is damaged, please take it and the package to the post office to file a complaint.  Priority shipping is automatically insured up to $50.  First Class and Media Mail are not automatically insured. All of my items are previously owned. Therefore, they may have dust, scratches, or signs of use. I am very careful with my collectibles, however some were purchased with damage or missing items from previous owners.
