This doll is beautiful! She looks very life-like right down to her little toes and eyelashes. This doll includes dress, panties, onesie, diaper. The tag on the dress mentions a headband but is NOT included.
The body is fabric with plastic arms, legs and head. The legs arms and head are attached with ziptie type strips under the the fabric making her part replaceable if damaged. She is weighted and feels like a real baby in your arms.
Condition is "Used". She looks to be taken care of vey well. Her dress has some age spots on it and is missing a button. The tip of her toe has a slight ding in it.
