Not sure of the year. 1970s or 1980s I’m guessing. The wood panels that the furniture is in are about approximately 18“ x 12“. I took pictures of the instructions that show all the different pieces so you know exactly what’s there. It looked like this was unopened but I opened it to get the instructions out. I did not pull the wood out. The plastic in the kit I’m assuming it was for the windows or something and it has yellowed.
