"Halloween Fun" with "Li'l Friends of Kelly" Barbie Mattel 1998 NRFB

"Halloween Fun" with "Li'l Friends of Kelly" from Mattel in 1998  #23796.   A Target special edition. Deidre, Jenny, Kayla, and Tommy (friends of Barbie's littlest sister Kelly) are ready for a fun night of trick-or-treating on Halloween - even though they have all dropped their bags. These little dolls are in "New" condition as they have never been removed from the box.   The box is in good condition with some shelf wear that includes some minor scuffing.    All of the trick-or-treat bags though have come loose and are in the bottom of the box. Packed with care and shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
