~ It is made with muslin, poly fil, and painted with black paint, then sanded to give it a time worn look. His Santa hat is made of cotton fabric and flannel, then stained with a coffee and vanilla mixture for a time worn look. I attached a rusty bell to the end of the Santa hat.
