Hopi Kachina Doll - Zuni Shalako Kachinas by Jacob Cook - Great!

Presented today is this great Kachina sculpture, depicting the Zuni Shalako Kachinas. Standing 15 and a half inches tall, it is carved by the young and talented Jacob Cook, an artist i have had the pleasure of working with for several years. His work always has a sense of reverence and gentleness. Jacob carves exclusively by hand, and never uses motorized tools. He always hand selects his Cottonwood root, and takes it solely from the Little Colorado River. He is a serious artist with amazing creativity, and his work will surely appreciate in value and popularity as time goes on.
