Incomplete Skookum Souvenir Mailer Papoose Doll Indian Native

Estate find. The cardboard backing measures 4” long. It is a souvenir doll that would have originally had a mailer tag telling us the location it was purchased from, but that mailer tag is missing, long gone.
The papoose’s hair is messy – lots of wild strands and certainly some level of loss. The red headband is loose on one side. The flattened feather has splits. The blanket is prominently worn, dulled and discolored – it is dingy, faded and soiled. Fuzzies, dusty. There’s a lot of stress to the ribbons near where they make contact with the cardboard. Everything seems to be holding as well as it should.
The cardboard is warped and misshapen. There’s evident corner and edge wear. The cardboard is dingy, soiled, and the back is yellowed. There’s some creasing to the top front area. Please look to the photos to best judge what you are purchasing. Let me know if you need any additional details or pics. I only ship packages out Monday thru Friday.
