Founded in 2004, Guangdong Kurhn Toys Co., Ltd. is a fully reinforced toy and gift manufacturer with R&D, production, sales and marketing services. With the goal of creating Chinese own-branded toys, the company has created Kurhn, the first fashion doll brand, featured by Chinese culture, which is owned, developed, produced and sold independently by a local enterprise in China. The Kurhn doll has earned the reputation as "the top local Chinese fashion doll".
This is a beautiful Chinese fashion doll in her wedding dress with a bouquet of flowers in her hands. Lots of detail in this doll's magnificent strapless pleated bodice and ruffled peplum dress down to the smallest detail. I love the matching tiny pearls on her lacy tulle wedding dress, same color as the bodice and peplum part of her wedding dress. She has simple white high heel shoes under her dress. The dress was tacked to the box so I could not see beyond the shoes. The doll has an articulated body and a stand on which she can be placed. She has a movable head, rotating and spreading arms, rotating and spreading legs, additional hinges in the elbows and knees.
I have no idea what year this lovely doll was issued, or if she is a limited edition doll. Her body appears to be made of a hard plastic, she looks very well made, measures approximately 11" tall. I did take the cover off because the doll's head was no longer attached to the cardboard, and took pictures of the contents at that time. It appears that she has never been removed from the box. Her stand is underneath her dress.
The doll's box is quality made of very heavy cardboard, graphics on the front are perfect. While I never say perfect on a box, this one is very close to it, see pics and zoom in. If you need perfect, please don't buy.
