Up for Sale is a USED Lalaloopsy Tinies Scarlets House with Scarlet Figure, Bed, Pie and Basket.  Has been played with and shows normal wear.  Has marks and paint chips. Payment is due within 3 days of Sale. Please e-mail me if you have any questions. Items come from a smoke-free home, but we do have cats . I will gladly combine shipping . Now for a little info about me: I am a Mom for 3 teenage/college age girls. I have a room full of stuff that my girls have decided to part with over the years, so I list items sporadically, when I find the time to sort through everything and research items to put sets together. I only use USPS Priority shipping and USPS First Class Mail, when applicable. I charge actual shipping costs based on the weight of the item.   For first class mail, I also add in the costs of shipping supplies used (usually just for envelopes).  I do not charge any handling fees.  I will gladly combine shipping costs, which is based on the actual weight of the items.  If bidding on multiple items, let me know when you are done and I will send you a combined invoice with the adjusted shipping costs.
