I am the original owner - this was purchased directly from the Disney Store at the D23 Expo. The dolls have never been removed from the hard case, never been displayed and have been kept safely in the mailer box in storage.
As you can see in the photos, there are some slight imperfections in how the cardboard lays inside the doll case and some wear on the edges of the cardboard, as is common with some of these dolls.
There is a small streak on the front of the doll case (please see pic with my finger pointing at it). And some small smudges/rubs or scuffing on the top of the box (hard to see in the pics, but they are there).
There is also a ringed impression on the inside of the slip case from contact over time with the nameplate. You don't see this until you remove the slipcase (see pic 22).
This is the way these dolls came from the Disney Store. None of these slight imperfections take away from the sheer beauty of this gorgeous doll set!
