Lovely Russia Effanbee 8” Dressed Doll Gallery Collection #MV170

Here is a gently used 8” lovely Russia Effanbee doll from the Gallery Collection International Series #MV170.  She has extremely long wavy brown hair, wonderful pale green eyes that close and open properly, and a very fancy and detailed Russian style outfit.  No stand or wrist tag.  She has a flat hat hanging around her neck that has fallen to the back by its strap and is now inside out...the back of the hat is shown when you look at her from the back; the top of the hat is decorative and has a purple ribbon.  I didn’t want to remove the hat from around her neck or it would mess up her hair.  I will leave that up to the buyer.  Her hair is unusually long for one of these dolls and shows some loose hairs.  Cute face.  She is wearing a full length dress over a lineny white blouse with slightly puffy sleeves.  The dress is loaded with embellishments including a gorgeous satiny pink and purple floral fabric, fancy gold beaded trim running all around the dress, tiny faux pearl round buttons (which don’t fasten) running down the front.  The dress is quite wide and full.  The flat hat is also loaded with beading and trim, faux hanging pearls, the large ribbon, etc.  She has a gold-trimmed white underslip that is attached to the dress at the waist, and that has a yellow stain near the front that does not show when she is displayed (see last photo).  She also has stockings and shoes.  The outfit got a bit wrinkled from storage in a ziplock bag...it needs shaping or steaming.  She is clean and fresh...no dust or musty smell.  Being sold as described and pictured.
