I am the original owner - this was purchased directly from the Disney Store. The dolls have never been removed from the hard case, never been displayed and have been kept safely in the mailer box in storage.
One thing to note. There is some wear on the upper corner of the cardboard closest to Ariel inside the hard case - as is common with some of these dolls.
