This doll is one of the rarer Taylor Swift Dolls and extremely desirable New, unopened in original packaging.  The box is in really good condition please see pictures This doll has never been out of the box.  You will need batteries to play the song. We cannot guarantee that the song will play because we will not open up the packaging to test but other dolls that we have sold simply required a battery to work.
