NICOL SAYRE " WINTER CARNIVAL QUEEN DOLL" Very Rare, (Only seen one other online, and there are currently no other for sale) 2013 38" tall to hat, 40" if including star on top This is plush so  doesn't  stand up, head is the typical mache that Nicol uses. Has original tags comes with small purse with skating invitation and key in it. Her dress and tags are wrinkled, (I did not want to ruin it by ironing it).   Berries on dress have wear.   Doll is in good to very good shape, except items noted.
