Her original box, shipping box and a stand is included. The last picture is from the Danbury Mint catalog (not included; shown to let you see the original ad). In fact, I can not find any paperwork with her. She is 18 inches, but 20 inches with her crown on. **I'll ship thru Priority mail in the original box it was shipped in.
