Pleasant Company American Girl Molly McIntire Doll w/ Book 1991 Ecru

Up for sale is a very nice American Girl Molly McIntire doll. Molly represents 1944 and she is wearing a blue felt skirt, red/green/blue argyle sweater, white w/blue trim dickie, white drawers, white socks and black shoes. She has her silver rimmed glasses and is wearing Samantha's whistle on a cord. The back of her neck is marked (c) Pleasant Company and her skirt has a tag that says Made in West Germany with a copyright date of 1986.
Also included is a hardbacked book "Meet Molly: An American Girl" Book One by Valerie Tripp. The book is copyrighted 1986,1989 and is published by Pleasant Company. The book does not look to have ever been read and is in excellent shape. Other miscellaneous papers included is Molly McIntire's flyer dated 1991, Samantha's Summer Story flyer dated 1991 and a small print of Samantha's Midday Dress with Tam.
The top of Molly's hair is messy and one of the braids has a small pull at the hair tie. Her sweater has a hole underneath the right arm. Known missing pieces are Molly's beret, book bag and necklace.
