She may need a day at the spa. Her hair is dry feeling, not sure if this is just the way it is. The braids may need to be braided again as the wire does show. When I brushed the hair, hair does come out but this may be typical for an older doll. Hair seems to have a little pinkish color too
Not sure if the outfit is original and the panties elastic are stretched. This also has some stains SEE PICS
