Absolutely stunning doll!! This beautiful Norah Wellings artist doll is a must-have for any serious doll collector. This 30” doll is a rare find from the 1940s. Most of the Norah’s dolls created are much smaller in size. She is made from high-quality felt; hand painted face. Colors are well preserved except few flaky areas to her lips. Mohair hair; some bold spots are present. Movable extremities. Large stain to the front of her body - see photo. Original tag attached to the bottom of her feet. Her clothes are not original. Felt hat and hooded cloak are most likely vintage. Red thighs are big for her. Holes/stains are present.
