RARE Putting On The Ritz Tassel Doll Beaded Collectible Doll by Maine

RARE, VINTAGE, Maine Porcelain "Putting on the Ritz" doll/ornament with original box and stand, MINT Condition!  From 2002.  I have never seen this particular "Putting on the Ritz" doll, although there seems to be a collection of them on eBay.  She measures 11 1/2" from the top of her hat to the bottom of her scrollwork stand, which has a diameter of 3."  Her torso measures approximately 5" and her long tasseled, beaded "skirt" is another 6 1/2" in length, as it pools around the base.  She's wearing a lovely midnight blue velvet outfit embellished with gray fur and beads.  Her beaded hat is also rimmed with fur, and there's a 3" loop for hanging her.  Her tassels are midnight blue, highlighted by multicolor hanging beads (see photo #8).  She has a serene, lovely porcelain face, with blonde ringlets peeking out from her hat.  Her delicate hands are also made of porcelain.  She would make a great addition to your doll collection or a beautiful gift!
