Rare Wonderful ABG? So-Called Parian 3.75” Doll Head Chubby Child

ABG? head with black bow. This head is supposed to represent a chubby young child. Overall nice shape and 3.75” tall by 3.25” wide. There is a c-shaped hairline on one shoulder. Please see images.
